We worked with Bosky Interiors on our project and overall it has been a positive experience, with some important lessons and a few challenges along the way. Their design team is a real strength. They have good vision, were patient with us, and coordinated closely throughout the process. We were able to customize almost every aspect of the work, and they were open to discussion and changes. The workmanship itself is quite decent, and the final designs reflect thoughtful planning and aesthetics. We did face issues with materials that were chosen—specifically HDHMR boards from GreenPanel. Over time, we experienced warpage, fungus growth, and significant swelling when exposed to moisture. This was disappointing and not what we had expected from that product. However, to be fair, this is not something Bosky manufactures, and the problems seem to be material-related rather than purely workmanship-related. Similarly, some Hettich drawer slides developed problems with soft-close failure and rusting. Again, this is not Bosky’s product. What I really appreciate is that Bosky has been proactive and supportive in responding to these issues. They have helped coordinate with both GreenPanel and Hettich and made genuine efforts to resolve problems whenever they came up. That willingness to engage after installation matters a lot. Where Bosky can clearly improve is timeline management and site discipline. The project took significantly longer than promised, which was stressful. In the early phase, the crew was also quite messy, and we had to raise repeated complaints. To their credit, after consistent feedback, they did improve and started maintaining better cleanliness. Overall, Bosky Interiors offers strong design capability, flexibility, and a supportive after-service attitude. If they tighten up their project timelines, initial worksite management, and clearer guidance on material performance, they could be an excellent firm. We don’t regret working with them, and we appreciate the effort they’ve made to stand by their work.

We had a very good experience with Bosky Interior. The store manager Mr. Pradip and his carpenter team were excellent — professional, efficient, and completed the installation within the promised timeline. The designer Sourav Mitra did a great job on the design, which aligned well with our expectations. The vendor assigned by Nityananda & Kartick have delivered good quality work so far. There were a few coordination and timeline-related challenges, which we believe can be improved with more clear communication. Overall, we are happy with the execution and will definitely choose Bosky again for some remaining and future work. We also look forward to their after-sales maintenance support being as dependable as their design and installation services.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Bosky Interior Hiland Park team for the commitment and execution of my recent project at Avidipta II, Mukundapur. The overall quality of work was excellent, and the workmanship delivered by the installation team met high standards. The support and coordination provided by managers such as Mr. Rajarshi Ghosh & Mr. Prodip Sardar and team members like Maheshwar Baidya contributed positively to the final outcome and overall satisfaction with the finished project. While the end result was commendable, timelines did experience delays, and punctuality was an area that could have been better managed. That said, the superior quality of execution ultimately compensated for this and made the wait worthwhile. Thank you once again for the effort and dedication shown by the team. With improved adherence to timelines, the Bosky experience has the potential to be truly outstanding.
