Was given a completely unimpressive bouquet of pink roses and daisies in spite of topping up the amount to get an impressive one for an important person. But the daisies turned out to be rottening from the top and the pink roses were not all that fresh. It was all done quickly and they wanted to deliver it fast. On asking to give better flowers or suggestions, while topping up the amount Apoorva insisted these were the best combination he could think of. But he was wrong as I saw much more fresher and more beautiful bouquets given by others in the event I attended yesterday. Totally disappointed in spite of telling him I trusted his advise and suggestion. Seemed like as if they wanted to get rid of the old daisies they had in stock.
They make the most prettiest flower bouquets, and the customer service is amazing, also great when you want to customize it in a particular way. Overall a very good experience.
