"Very Bad Experience with AM Cool Care" I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with AM Cool Care. We called him for split AC installation. I clearly instructed him over the phone that installation, deep cleaning, and gas filling were required. I was not at home at that time—only my wife and children were present. He visited on 6th February 2026, inspected the AC, and suggested replacing multiple parts including core wire, service valve dummy nuts, copper pipe, flaring nuts, anchor fasteners, etc. He charged ₹8,430, which my wife paid. Since it was winter, we did not use the AC immediately. Recently, when we turned it on, it was running but not cooling at all. We called him immediately. Initially, he answered and said he would come, but after that: He stopped responding to our calls He ignores our number But answers when we call from a different number We even clearly warned him that we would post a public review about this poor service if he didn’t respond — but he still ignored us completely. We then called another technician. After inspection, he told us that the condenser was already damaged, and the previous technician should have identified this before doing any work. Instead, he proceeded with unnecessary replacements without proper root cause analysis. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My honest advice: Please do NOT trust this service provider, especially if you are not technically aware or if no experienced person is present at home. We feel completely cheated despite seeing many positive reviews online. Be careful and avoid this service.
