Excellent experience at Bloom room @ New Delhi Railway Station. The hotel was neat, modern, and well maintained. Staff was professional, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable. Perfect location for easy travel access. Would definitely stay again. Only issuei was facing on 2 day stay wasafter checking website shows 20 percent off on food andbeverages andwe havecheckout earlier at 3 am morning because ofour schedule and the reception person who was on night shift will gave us full bill. On asking about website andbook8ng discount because we stay there 4 days ,' he said you have to inform earlier for discount. Ee don't have website discount. I told him we are already stayedhere for many days and he is rude enough to tell i don't see you there earlier. Just postthis if anybody stay there inform them about your offer and discount because website booking they don't care
Stayed at Bloomrooms @ New Delhi Railway Station recently and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable — just what you need after a long journey. Its location near the railway station makes it a very convenient option, especially for transit guests or short stopovers in Delhi. Efficient, fuss-free, and good value for money. Definitely a reliable choice if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable stay close to the station.
I’m very happy and satisfied about this hotel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming , they are always ready to help us 🥰 A special thanks to Sharad and manav both hardworking guy for their guidance that was very helpful to me and my family. Sharad was very excellent in managing everything (e.g Room Service/Advice…) according to our expectations. Both Sharad and Manav was my savior in ordering online food delivery 🚚 as our apps didn’t allow us the option food delivery. Overall the hotel is amazing and a very cozy place inside, very clean and relaxing spot from our whole day trips.
