Spent a meaningful and quality time at RMIC School of Languages. Learned a new language and of course, many new things which helped me to become a better human in life. The office staff are good. They helped everytime we reached them. Also security guards do their duty very well. Fortunate to get our teacher Monsieur Debtanu Chakraborty, who guided and supported us throughout the course. He is very humble and well-mannered, always cooperating with every student. He made the learning very easy and interactive. Thanks to each and every faculty for performing their job nicely.

Went there to enquire about their Chinese language courses. No brochures available from which one can come to know about the course offerings. One has to pay for getting their prospectus which comes with course application form, but they will cancel the mentioned form so that they can sell another application form and prospectus during admission. Showed desire to meet the course coordinator/teacher, asked me to wait for 2 hours and I complied. After 2:30 hrs, to my surprise, the supposed course coordinator was absent and the office knew nothing about her leave of absence. They shouted on the teacher in front of me, over the phone (slapping your employee in front of the customer to show professionalism is one of the worst ways possible to retain goodwill, period! Shows a lot about the organisation). Asked them to contact me back if there was any information, provided my business card, but alas, no information from their side. HOW LONG WILL YOU GUYS SELL UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THE NAME OF THAKUR SHREE RAMAKRISHNA PRAMHANSA DEV? Very much disappointed being a RKMVM Alumni.

4On & Off Beyond Learning

It is known that there's a general library for 15+y onwards. But there's an opportunity for children too. Here, they are having Childrens' Library as well as Junior Library. It's an activity centre too.
