I have no question on publication of this company. I have faced issues on their online purchase system. They might have very minimum infrastructure to carry out online service properly. I opted for express delivery of books within Kolkata (Park Street) but unfortunately though five days have passed after due date of delivery, I have not yet received! Then what is the point of choosing express delivery and payment for the same? Does management support this?

Books are good in quality and they have lots of books in their shop but they gives us less discount when you pay using UPI . They should increase the discount for UPI payment also.
