Not a paid or self review....!!I enrolled in the PSIR optional course of this year 10/10 RECOMMEND It was the best step I have done concerning my UPSC preparation Honestly the best faculty I've seen.. Fees (around 30k) Given the teaching itself I would say the fees is very VALID and infact very much less In addition to that the notes are wonderful and really suffice I've previously enrolled on the" subhra ranjan "Psir course That felt like a complete waste of money So I can confidently say comparing the optional course offered for PSIR this is the best 2. Teaching Kamaraj sir takes all sections of both the papers . Subject clarity is top notch He really is willing to help students and clarifies even the silliest doubts with patience You just have to consciously listen the lectures and take running notes Their notes will do the rest 3. Another best thing is if you miss on any lectures you can ask for the recorded lecture. It will be provided to you as early as possible But I personally recommend attending live classes 4. Both online and offline classes almost feels the same I mostly attended online ..But no compromise in doubt clearing 5. Language Teaching is bilingual ( tamil and English) Students from any stream can grasp!!! For any serious aspirants if you have decided to take PSIR optional this is the go to I would bet someone who seriously attended the lectures , took notes, read notes and gave regular conducted tests will not have any problem in giving your optional I don't know about other courses offered but any negative reviews on this course should definitely be fake(you can check for yourself with students in the institute) Bonus if you join the course after having some foundation like NCERTS (class 11 &12Political science.
