We had a wonderful experience at Footprints, especially during the Annual Day. The performances by the kids were beautifully organized and showcased the confidence and creativity nurtured in them. The dedication and hard work of the teachers were clearly visible in every act. As a parent of two children, choosing Footprints was one of the best decisions we made. The strong foundation and values being instilled at such an early age will stay with our kids forever. would like to share my feedback regarding my child’s experience. My child has been at Footprints for almost one year now. In his class, the comfort and emotional connection he receives from Komal Ma’am is very evident, and we truly appreciate her warmth and positive approach. I would prefer not to mention the other teacher’s name publicly, but I do feel that my child is more comfortable and secure with Komal Ma’am, who seems to be his comfort zone. I would also like to appreciate Directress Reshu Ma’am, who is a wonderful person and always listens patiently to parents’ concerns and suggestions. Initially, I thought that having one strict teacher and one soft teacher might be a general pattern across classes. However, after observing other classrooms through the camera, I noticed that in many classes both teachers warmly welcome and interact positively with the children. In our class, Komal Ma’am’s body language appears very positive and nurturing. Even at home, my child often mentions that Komal Ma’am is loving, while the other Ma’am tends to scold. My humble suggestion is that with such young children, a very strict approach may not be necessary. Just as teachers interact politely and warmly with parents, children also benefit greatly from a soft tone, patience, and a smiling, encouraging attitude.
