ASF - Ancient Stone Flames BBQ & Grill

I visited ASF Whitefield today to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was pleasant and perfect for a special occasion. A special thanks to Priya from the staff team — she provided excellent hospitality and made our day even more memorable. She truly deserves great appreciation for her kindness, professionalism, and attentive service. I would highly recommend this place for office lunches, team dinners, or even a romantic lunch or dinner date with your loved ones. Once again, Priya, you did a fantastic job! 👏✨

After looking at mixed reviews was in dilemma. But just wanted to try and surprisingly it was awesome experience. There were no security guard at enterance to route to parking or to streamline or manage the entry. Parking can accomodate around 10-12 cars. During weekends its ok but during weekdays it would be challenging to find space. There was no one at reception to receive or allot a table. After waiting for a cpl of mts walked in directly and self occupied a table. There are 2 packages. Classic which is around 750 which consists of limited items and another special package which consists of lava stone dishes and barbeque dishes. The lava stone experience was good and fish, pineapple and chicken grilled out of it were very delicious. The barbeque items like chicken, praws, fish were too good. The service was too good and almost all of the folks were very humble and served all requests with smiling face. I can't believe how several folks had given such a negative rating to their service. Main course items were also very tasty and there were separate areas for veg and non veg. There was separate section for chats, pizza, vegan food. Deserts were also very good and a good spread of items. Ice cream was also available with 5 options. Jamin was served hot. Several fruits were also available. Popsicle sticks were a big hit among kids. Overall it was a great experience and the service was excellent. Last but not the least when tip was provided they rejected to receive and told its not encouraged by management and just requested to provide good rating if we liked the service. This is not very usual and a sweet surprise. Not sure how great the crowd management would be on weekdays but on weekends with decent crowd the service was excellent. Much recommended for all.

I was exited to visit this new food venture to try it out. After a long wait made a time finally for dinner with family. I have heard that there will a live music , good atmosphere, nice hospitality and variety of food options… but NO. When visited no one was present at reception to check, we entered and roam around entire floor for table still no one cared to check. We were continually been disturbed by a group of people who were having b’day party there, they were interrupting buffet place, kids running around our table, staff was busy in looking after them, service was slow. We have not told about food options. It would be good if There was separate areas dedicated for private party and service and staff to make other comfortable and have decent food. Otherwise it’s a good place to enjoy new ambiance and variety if you are bored with regular BBQ types.
