I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Deccan Serai Grande. From the moment I arrived, the staff's behavior was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special shout-out to Aishwarya at the reception, who was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth check-in and stay; her hospitality really stood out. The cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch—everything was spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, as someone who needs to stay connected, I was pleased to find the Wi-Fi speed was perfectly up to the mark. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
I have been staying here for a month, and my experience has been extremely comfortable. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, with Mr. Dnyaneshwar and Mr. Rishith providing outstanding room service. The complimentary South Indian breakfast—featuring dishes like sambar, idlis, and dosas—is delightful, and I look forward to it every morning. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a cozy and pleasant stay in Hyderabad.
Location: Perfect spot, close to everything. • Atmosphere: Warm, modern, and very welcoming. • Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. • Cleanliness: Spotless from head to toe. • Noise Level: Quiet and peaceful throughout the night. • Service: Exceptional; the staff went above and beyond. • Amenities: Great facilities, especially the Wi-Fi and pool. The breakfast quality was good, but it only featured South Indian options. I was highly expecting some North Indian food varieties and chicken sausages on the menu as well. Hope they expand the options soon!
