Hello Team, I would like to share my experience with your hospital regarding my child’s orthodontic treatment. We initially consulted you for an issue with the top and bottom row alignment, which was causing sensitivity for my child. You recommended braces to correct this and charged approximately ₹80,000, which is significantly higher than the market average (around ₹20,000). Despite the cost difference, we chose to proceed with your hospital due to your reputation and positive reviews. However, our overall experience during the treatment has been disappointing: The time spent per consultation was extremely limited—often less than 5 minutes—which did not feel sufficient for proper evaluation or care. There was minimal effort to understand patient comfort, such as checking for pain, tightness, or any scratching issues after adjustments. There was no clear monitoring or explanation of treatment progress or whether the teeth were moving as expected. Communication with parents was lacking. We were not informed about the treatment plan, progress, or next steps. At the end of the process, aligners were provided for the top and a wire for the bottom, but no proper instructions (verbal or written) were given on usage or maintenance. Due to the high patient volume, it seemed that appointments were being rushed without adequate attention to individual patients. Because of these concerns, we have decided to discontinue treatment and restart the process with another doctor. I strongly recommend that your team: Spend more time with each patient, Actively listen to patient concerns, Monitor treatment progress carefully, and Clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions to both patients and parents. I visited Dr. Neeraja for my daughter’s dental treatment, including a root canal and crown fixing. The doctor was extremely helpful and handled everything with great care and professionalism. What I appreciated the most was the clear and detailed explanation provided at every step, which made us feel very comfortable and confident about the treatment.
