I cannot thank Pet Chikitsa Hospital enough for the exceptional care they provided to both my dogs - Pheobe and Zoey. One of my dogs was diagnosed with closed pyometra, which was an extremely serious and urgent condition. The other underwent a spaying procedure. From the very first consultation through surgery and post-operative care, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. Dr. Parmod and Dr. Garima were absolutely outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and ensured we understood both the risks and the recovery process. During what was an emotionally overwhelming time for us, their calm confidence and reassurance made all the difference. The surgeries were conducted seamlessly, and both my dogs recovered remarkably well. The post-operative monitoring, follow-ups, and guidance were thorough and thoughtful. It was evident that they genuinely care about the animals beyond just the medical procedure. The entire staff at Pet Chikitsa deserve special appreciation. They were kind, responsive, and always willing to help. The level of empathy and care shown toward my dogs (and toward us as anxious pet parents) truly stood out. They saved my Mia's life last year! She is a 10+ year old GSD who already suffers from an incurable auto-immune disease and last year she got tick fever and along with that many other problems like jaundice, dangerously low platelet count and other infections due to low immunity. But Dr Pramod took the right calls, did the right tests and got the right diagnosis and all just at the nick of time. I could have easily lost Mia. He kept fighting for her when I had lost hope. I could see his frustration too that Mia was suffering, and he got her back to me. For that, I will always be grateful to him and Dr Garima. Dr Garima is a sweetheart who is kind, caring and has an excellent bedside manner. I found Pet Chikitsa as a last desparate attempt at hope - From Dwarka to Gurgaon - 1.5hours drive. But every visit there has been worth it because solutions were always found. They are both very supportive and listen to reason. Are quick to take corrective action when something does go wrong. At times their rates are high, but one has to consider that it's a fully equipped facility which allows them to quickly run test and get swift results. All in all trust them with your pet's life - you won't regret it.

My sweetheart had a severe infection in her uterus, I rushed to them at night around 11. Dr Pramod diagnosed her on spot and I was amazed for his expertise and the next day after her blood check she was operated by the couple here. I had a fantastic experience guys.
