No doubt they have really mouthwatering dessert options but the place needs to be cleaner! Tried the famous milk cake and it was worth all the hype. But the experience wasn’t great because of the ambience with used tissues and spoons lying around on the floor. Please sort this out 🙏🏼
I would call them expert in preparing desserts for everyone. This place offeres some of the best desserts one can have in Chennai. The place is precisely located on 100ft road. Parking might be an issue you might face. The seating arrangement is so appealing with swings. Makes the whole arrangement kids friendly as well. If you like having good dessert, this is you place.
Avoid this place. Cream Story looks appealing from the outside, but step closer and it’s shockingly unhygienic. The prep area is dirty, cluttered, and clearly not maintained. Food spills, unclean machines, and ingredients left exposed — it honestly feels like there’s no basic hygiene practice being followed. The dustbin was overflowing, the customer table was not cleaned, and there was even a gas cylinder sitting openly on the floor in the middle of the workspace. That’s not just careless — it’s unsafe. For a place serving ice cream and dairy products, this is completely unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about food safety and how anything is being prepared. Would not trust the food here. Definitely not coming back.
