Sanchu, Adyar has been an incredible place for my pet’s care. I have been associated with them for nearly five years, and the level of service has consistently exceeded expectations. A special note of appreciation for Ms. Pravalika. Her dedication, initiative, and genuine affection toward pets are truly remarkable. She treats every animal with the same care and attention as if it were her own child. The warmth, responsiveness, and commitment she brings make a real difference, and it reflects in the comfort and happiness of our pets. Dr. Mithun also deserves sincere recognition for his expertise and compassionate approach. Together, they create an environment where both pets and their owners feel completely reassured. My pet, Toney, absolutely loved them, and so did we. The consultation, courtesy, and overall experience have always been outstanding. This level of service is rare to find. Thank you for delivering such exceptional care and setting a benchmark in pet services. Highly recommended.

24x7 EMERGENCY IS A SCAM.ONLY FOR SHOW AND MONEYMINDED. Sanchu Animal Hospital claims to have 24x7emergency services, but that is completely a SCAM and honestly dangerous. I brought in a kitten that had met with an accident, expecting basic urgency. Instead, I was met with zero concern. No staff at the counter for the first 10 minutes, and when someone finally showed up, the receptionist casually said the doctor would be available later and that “there is no emergency as such.” If an injured animal doesn’t qualify as an emergency, then what does? This place seems to run purely on branding and show, not care. In real emergency situations, this kind of NEGLIGENCE can cost lives. Please DO NOT rely on this hospital for emergencies,you’ll only waste precious time AND LIVES. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND SANCHU ANIMAL HOSPITAL, YOU ARE A SCAM. Animals deserve better. We rushed to BLUE CROSS OF INDIA, Which was so far away, and they took immediate action thankfully.

I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing experience at Sancho Hospital, Adyar. A close friend recently lost their pet after being admitted here, and what stood out most was the extremely poor communication and lack of transparency from the hospital staff throughout the process. Updates were unclear, concerns were not addressed properly, and there was very little empathy shown toward the pet’s family during an already stressful and emotional time. Professional communication and compassionate handling are the bare minimum expected from a veterinary hospital, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. Based on what I witnessed, I would strongly advise pet owners to think carefully before choosing this hospital for treatment or admission. Better communication, accountability, and basic sensitivity toward pet parents are seriously needed.
