Best dermatology clinic I’ve visited in Kolkata. Wizderm at Shakespeare Sarani is professional, hygienic, and results-driven. The doctors actually listen and treatments work and front desk staff Ms Bijoyita and Ms Munmun and Ms Piyali explained all the plan efficiently. Hope for the best.
There’s absolutely no end to the waiting time at this clinic. I don’t have any complaint against the doctor because I couldn’t even get to see one—it was my first visit for a consultation. When I arrived, they asked me to wait for half an hour; after waiting an hour, I followed up, only to be told to wait another hour. After hearing this, I just left. It’s shocking how little they value people’s time. If appointments are running late, they should schedule them according to actual availability instead of calling everyone at once and making patients wait for 2–3 hours. People who are managing appointments for doctors literally don’t value time of people. Terrible management and a frustrating experience overall.
