Very Bad Service, I had taken a yearly contract after first service still cockroaches are roaming every where ..worst part I had been repeatedly calling them to revisit and check, but no one has turned up
My experience with Pecopp goes back a long way. I would like to firstly thank and appreciate Vinod Shelke for the wonderful, timely and professional manner in which he always attends to each request. Taking the initiative to always respond in time and always does this cheerfully, often going beyond the call of duty ! However , the company appears to have become slack , not responding to customer request and with calls going unanswered. It is really disappointing to see an organisation that once excelled go down this way.
