Agarwal Care Packers and movers

Very disappointed with Agarwal Movers and Packers. While moving from Ahmedabad, the staff were friendly at first and I paid a hefty amount for the service. However, during packing, their employees started asking for an extra ₹2,000 directly from me. When I called the company, their representative simply told me that I had to pay them. This was completely unprofessional. The biggest problem came when I received my belongings. Many of my items were wet. My clothes were soaked, including expensive silk clothes and jackets, which got damaged because of their poor handling and packing. After paying such a high amount, I expected my belongings to be delivered safely. To make things worse, one of their representatives completely ignored me after I sent pictures of the damaged items. No response, no apology, and no help. Pathetic service and a complete waste of money. If you care about your belongings and want them delivered safely, do not choose Agarwal Movers and Packers. They will damage your goods and then ignore your complaints. Also added the screenshot of their representative WhatsApp chat and yes some of my items like headphones were missing too. Scammers!

I had a very smooth experience with this company. the team was professional, punctual, and handled all my belongings with great care. packing was done neatly and delivery was on time without any damage. Their service was reliable and stress-free. i would definitely recommend them to others

Highly disappointed, previously they fixed a price and at the time of pickup they denied pickup and behaved rudely said will not serve at told price and need additional amount. I could be ready but if anyone is behaving in starting like this , then what situation will be next (Assume). Beaware before using this Packer and mover , Luckily I got another option immediately else they already ruined . I never gave negative feedback to anyone, this is my First . So you all can understand what will the situation at that time. Pathetic .
