I’d pick this over GoMechanic or an authorised center any day. Before this, I tried booking through GoMechanic—the center they suggested had terrible reviews about overcharging, and the person assigned to me didn’t respond to my 11 AM request for a 6 PM appointment. That’s basic coordination, and they couldn’t manage it. At the Tata authorised center, I was told these were “common issues” and to just ignore them and keep driving. That’s lazy diagnostics. If something’s rattling or misaligned, it needs fixing—not dismissal. Bottom line: prompt response, correct diagnosis, and actual resolution. Easy choice over the usual options.
