I attended the yoga session of Bakula Vyas on my visit to Hyderabad from Chandigarh was calm, refreshing, and full of positive energy. It helped relax the body and clear the mind through simple breathing and stretching exercises. The guidance was easy to follow and very motivating. I felt peaceful and energized after the session. Bakula is very professional to work with. Straightforward and overall a positive person! She has immense belief in naturopathy and is passionate to also spread her knowledge to help others. She’s already taught me yoga mudras, massages, meditation techniques which I can feel are obviously working. She’s also easily available to clarify questions. I always look forward to her appointments :) Highly recommended!!!
