I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Quest Mall, Kolkata outlet. The incident took place recently when I placed a takeaway order, which turned out to be a highly unpleasant experience from start to finish. Firstly, despite clearly selecting Takeaway, my order was initially served as Dine-in. When I pointed this out, the staff and the manager, Mr. Tanmoy, started making faces and showed visible irritation instead of correcting the issue politely. The food was then packed very carelessly, and the drink that was part of the meal was handed to me in a dine-in paper cup instead of a proper takeaway bottle. When I approached Mr. Tanmoy regarding this, he rudely denied providing a takeaway bottle and insisted that “this is how we give it.” After a brief argument, his only “solution” was to tape the cup lid, which was clearly not sufficient. Because of the cold drink in that poorly packed cup, my wife’s palm swelled up badly as she had to hold it throughout our journey home. To make matters worse, the drink started leaking midway, forcing us to stop and buy plastic covers to prevent it from soaking the food. Upon reaching home, we discovered that the burger contained onions, despite my clear instruction for no onions while placing the order. Throughout the entire experience, Manager Tanmoy remained unbothered and unapologetic, showing no sense of accountability or basic courtesy. Such behavior from a manager reflects very poorly on the brand and the outlet’s training standards. This experience has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient, and I sincerely request Burger King India to investigate this incident and take strict disciplinary action against the staff and the manager involved. I would also appreciate a formal response regarding the steps being taken to ensure such unprofessional conduct does not happen again.

Perfect spot for a quick and tasty break at Quest Mall. Their Veg Whopper is always fresh and satisfying, with that classic flame-grilled taste. Service is super fast despite the food court crowds, and the quality is consistently good. Highly recommended for a reliable veg bite!

The food that worth every penny! The hamburger and fries were so mouthwatering and palatable that it seemed hard to put it down. The orders were served served quickly alongwith the associates of Burger King who assisted us in choosing our right dishes! The magnificent taste of the food definitely makes us crave for more!
