ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

We visited Ottimo ( the Italian Restaurant at ITC Kohenur) today and had a lovely experience. The food is amazing and all prepared to taste. We were attended by Sneha who ensured everything was served to us as required especially my daughter's considerations. Chef Shikha ensured the taste food was delectable. Great choice of antipasti platters, Fresh Handmade pastas, wrapped up by amazing deserts. Must try for pasta lovers.

Chief Manjiri, Sen and Sushanu at Dum Pukht were absolutely amazing. They truly understood our taste preferences and recommended perfectly complementary dishes after we were disappointed with the Awadhi food initially served. They went the extra mile to customize the food to our liking, and what followed was a delicious and memorable dining experience. Their service and personal attention completely transformed us from unhappy customers into true advocates of their hospitality. This is exactly how you turn a concern into a success story — through care, empathy, and exceptional service. I am leaving ITC today as a very happy customer and will surely recommend everyone to visit this place. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Celebrated our anniversary lunch at ITC Peshawari, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding — juicy mutton kebabs, rich butter chicken, and a comforting dal makhani, paired perfectly with a variety of fresh, soft naans. A special mention to Mallvika for her warm, attentive service — she made the meal feel even more special. Even Krishna was very good . Classic flavors, elegant ambience, and great hospitality. Definitely worth it for a special occasion. ✨
