What a fantastic location, and concept for a hotel! Just wow! The 'ship theme' of the hotel is just amazing.. The bridge bistro restaurant offered an excellent menu. All the food items I tried tasted good. The breakfast options are plenty - continental, Indian, South Indian spread is good. Dinner menu is good to.. I tried Mixed veg subzi, rotis, jeera rice - all excellent. Service, care & attention by well trained staff Captain Dharmendra, Devendra were highly impressive. They are courteous and have a high sense of attention to detail. Overall a great stay. The hotel is in close proximity to prominent landmarks of Kolkata: Eden garden, High Court, Howrah station, Esplanade market, Raj Bhavan, State Assembly etc. I highly recommend this hotel for a business/holiday stay.

Nice, comfortable room. Hot water Tap in the wash besin was not working.. Restaurant was good. Good buffet options for breakfast and dinner.. a bit expensive though.. but lots of choices.. Having breakfast/Lunch and watching river Ganga was Nice experience.. Liked the Biryani..

Stayed here for 5 days during a wedding visit to Kolkata (my first time in the city), and the experience was outstanding. The hotel is extremely well-managed, comfortable, and consistently spotless, I was staying on 2nd floor & it maintained perfectly throughout my stay. Special thanks to Biswanath Prasad for his exceptional support and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond at every step one call and anything you need is handled promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t experiment elsewhere on my next visit. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.
