Overall experience with Elixir interiors was very good. Their material usage of using top quality BWP and hardwares makes them top in city. When enquired I don’t think anyother company does it. Designer Architect Dinesh was very helpful in choosing colour and design to our 3BHK home. Excellent and perfect output given by Elixir team, thanks to Mr. Kartheeson senior site manager and Carpender team Mr. Aravind and Mr. Pannerswlvam. Very good customer relationship maintain by Mr. Aravind and Carpender team. Special thanks to Project Director Mr. Vaishnavi mam for excellent support to close this work as per our requirements. Our overall experience with Elixir Interior was very satisfied. Definitely worth referring.

After exploring multiple interiors companies and friends who did interior. Initially visited Elixir studio in Anna nagar. Well tailored explanation on designs and especially not forcing greedy options made us comfortable. I liked their marketing strategy on telling truth what and what not. Kudos to RM department staffs. Design department senior executive designer Architect Rahul did a wonderful job understanding my vision and giving functional ideas. Then coming to interiors work Project manager Dinesh did a very good job and completed work before time. Only suggestion is to give heads up for granite, tiles a week ahead and followup with customer. Regarding the finish we are extremely satisfied with the work. Professional quality experience overall!! My interior factory finish wood quality was definitely far superior than my other neighbours. Will have already recommend to my friends and one of my colleague is already signed with Elixir. Best decision to go with Elixir. In house warming felt proud of my home.

Our interaction with Elixir began in June 2023, when our apartment construction had reached the stage where all masonry work was completed. Their then relationship manager Mr. Senthil sir from Anna nagar branch explained and gave insight in a detailed manner even thought we didn’t pay a single rupee. Although Realizing the need for a reliable and professional service, we decided to explore interior specialization companies further more. But the search ended with Elixir once again, We chose to work with Elixir for several reasons: Factory Manufacturing: Minimal on-site woodwork assembly reduces the risk of tile damage. The factory fit and finish looked superior. Timely Completion: They promised to complete the handover within 45 working days once the design was sent to production. Professionalism and Transparency: We expected a professional and transparent experience regarding billing, timelines, and communication. Reliability: We preferred a company over a private carpenter to avoid depending on a single person's work ethics. After visiting both HomeLane and Livspace showrooms, we decided to proceed with Elixir. The Relationship manager from Elixir Ms. Vaishnavi , maintained regular follow-ups, unlike Livspace and homelane, which did not contact us after our visit. We were particularly impressed with Elixir designer Architect Rahul, who exhibited a professional approach, provided detailed meeting minutes, and sent quotes promptly. Design Experience Elixir's 3D software allowed us to experiment with designs and colors, providing a clear visualization of the entire room. Quotes were generated quickly based on the design. Relationship manager from Elixir Ms. Vaishnavi explained the entire Elixir process and payment timelines clearly. We were satisfied with the pricing after receiving a decent discount. Design and Aesthetics Designer Architect Rahul took the time to understand our requirements and preferences, offering excellent suggestions to optimize space. Quality of Work The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent, with the final finish closely resembling the design drawings. The handover process was swift and efficient. Execution Project Manager Aravind, our execution manager, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and always available to take our calls. He was incredibly patient and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or changes. Aravind managed to fix some design flaws during execution, for which we are very thankful. Timeliness and Budget Elixir delivered high-quality work on time and within the agreed budget, without any unexpected delays or cost overruns. Customer Service The entire Elixir team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the final result. Elixir transformed our apartment into a beautiful and functional space that we are proud to call home.
