My dining experience at Oudh was largely enjoyable. The meal began with mahi tikka (fish) which was exceptionally soft and well-prepared, followed by chicken tandoori that was flavorful and satisfying. For the main course, we ordered the chicken purda biryani and the mutton raan biryani. The mutton biryani was outstanding—rich, aromatic, and clearly the star of the table. The chicken biryani, while decent, did not quite reach the same standard. The raita deserves special mention, it was excellent and provided the perfect balance to the meal, quietly holding everything together. Really wonderful dining experience. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful — the exterior itself has a royal Nawabi look, with carved wooden architecture and warm lighting that creates a very elegant and calm atmosphere. Inside, the environment feels cozy, neat and comfortable. We ordered: • Mutton Awadhi Handi Biryani (For 2) – The biryani was flavorful and aromatic with long basmati grains and perfectly cooked, tender mutton pieces. The taste was rich and authentic, not overly oily, and the spices were beautifully balanced. • Tandoori Chicken (4 pcs) – Juicy, well-marinated and grilled perfectly. The smokiness and seasoning were spot on, and it paired really well with the chutneys. • Soda Sikanji – Refreshing and balanced, a perfect drink to accompany the meal. The portion sizes were good and worth the price. Service was smooth and the staff was polite and attentive throughout. The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to enjoy authentic Awadhi flavors. Definitely planning to visit again! 😋✨

A Regal & Mind-Blasting Anniversary Experience! We chose Oudh 1590 for our 5-year anniversary lunch, and the experience was nothing short of regal. The ambiance is truly exceptional—it immediately makes you feel like you've stepped into the courts of the Nawabs. We started with the Mutton Gosht Galawati Kebab and Lucknowi Paratha, and the kebabs literally melted in the mouth, setting an incredibly high bar for the rest of the meal. For the main course, we ordered the Oudh Special Mutton Raan Biryani and the Awadhi Murgi Zafrani. Both dishes were mind-blasting! The biryani was aromatic and perfectly balanced, and the Zafrani chicken was rich and unforgettable. The service was impeccable; the waiters were extremely decent and attentive throughout our meal. A special note of appreciation: the owner personally took our feedback as we were leaving. This level of dedication to the guest experience truly shows and is a wonderful touch. If you are looking for an authentic Awadhi fine-dining experience with incredible food and service, Oudh 1590 is a must-visit. Highly recommended!♥️
