I had a worst experience at this diagnostic centre, the staff is extremely rude instead of attending patients the staff was busy in their phones, ignoring the patients despite of taking prior appointment the staff asked to wait for longer hours unnecessarily and upon asking they misbehaved and left me unattended and said inappropriate words like "Pagal hai kya " (Are you mad) This is the level of literacy and prfessionalism of the staff they even don't have manners to talk to elders too. If you are taking prior appointments then please don't waste time of patients by making them wait for longer hours. My appointment was at 1pm they called me around 2:15pm though I was before time of my given appointment. The dr is good and humble but the staff is ruining the legacy of diagnostic centre. Kindly change your staff and consider educated and well mannered ones rather than these yakutpura ones.

Subject: Poor guidance, wrong information, cancelled appointment, and high charges. I am writing to complain about my recent visit. I was *not properly guided* and *not given correct information* by your staff. My appointment was *cancelled* without clear notice, and when I did speak with the doctor and staff, they *did not talk to me properly*—I was left confused and uninformed. On top of that, I was charged a *very high rate* that does not match the service received. The lack of guidance, the miscommunication from both doctor and staff, and the cancellation together made this a wholly and unsatisfactory experience.

Excellent center. I have been visiting this center since past 8+ years. Preethi maam is so lovely and kind, soft-spoken. Only complain is the long waiting times - Even with prior appointments, it always takes a min of 2hrs . There needs to be better appointments-management system. All staff are patient-friendly.
