Damaged a saree completely, it's a 12000 worth assam silk completely destroyed, it was great in colour and changed into brown, they never bothered to inform also, after a couple of months when I planned tonopen the saree from there packet I observed such chaotic situation of the saree, spots of grey still visible at places, never ever give your valuables to them, completely irresponsible team
I inquired about the prices and requested a discount from Spincare Laundry. However, the Customer Care team and the Salt Lake branch provided two different price lists. Their management also seems very unorganized. As their service is not satisfactory at all.
Extremely unprofessional experience. Your team responded after an entire day, and even after confirming that the pickup would happen “within 2 hours,” no one turned up. I waited patiently, only to receive a call five hours later saying the rider was “busy” and would come now — as if my time had no value. If the pickup itself is so unreliable, I can only imagine how many business days you might take for the delivery. If this is the level of professionalism you maintain, it’s deeply disappointing and clearly unsustainable for any serious business.
