What's great - Live Music band, especially Band Capricio is too good. The telugu songs they sang were amazing. Food is very good - we had Mangalore Fish curry with White rice, Mushroom Cheese balls, Paneer and others - all good. The outdoor facing seating has direct pollution from the road & view of Durgam Cheruvu. For a group of 30, I felt it was cramped up. Indoor seating is nice. Staff Mr. Das was very good to us. Overall experience was nice.

Night out in Akan was a hit! 😊 Place is neat, clean, and staff's on point. Only thing, tables on the side are a bit cramped. Food's the star: - Bhimavaram Kaju Chicken Pakodi: Flavor bomb! 🍴 Chicken's cooked perfectly with loads of kajus. - Kodi Chips: Crispy, juicy, and masala's spot on. Highly recommended! - chicken Alfredo Pasta: Consistency and texture are great, just wished for more veggies. - Basil Chicken: Sauce is 🔥, but chicken needed a bit more cooking. - Chicken Tikka Pulao: Different, but good! Rice is cooked well, just the chicken could be better. Live music with the band was a vibe 🎸🎶 Melodies were nice, but maybe mix it up a bit? Sound system's top-notch, though!

Akan in Hyderabad is a bright and lively place that’s great for relaxing after work. Since it has 3 floors, and on the top floor you get a beautiful view of the Durgam Cheruvu lake, especially in the evenings. The vibe gets even better on weekends when they have live music. Akan offers a mix of dishes that bring together Indian and global flavors. During my visit we ordered Sheek Kebab Mutton, Ellipaya Karam Fish & Chips, Chilli Basil Chicken, Mutton Kheema Pulao, and Chocolate of the Gods. The food was nice and mocktails were good. And Mukesh, who took care of our hospitality, is great. Overall, a perfect place to chill, relax, enjoy music, and the beautiful view all in one place. Had a good experience.
