I joined Namaste yoga class in my fourth month and what a journey it has been!! I’m taking time out to write this review because Amisha Mam & team truly deserves every bit of it. From the very first class I felt a sense of calm and that feeling has stayed constant till my third trimester. No matter how my day went by when I walk out of this class I feel so much at peace with myself. Amisha Mam’s affirmations, Manya mam attending you personally, the meditations, the yoga stretches all are so aligned to make you feel good after the class. I made it a point to never miss it and used to look forward to every class so much. Wishing Amisha Mam and team all the success, highly recommend this class to everyone.
Sound Therapy and AriaI Yoga I had a really beautiful experience with sound therapy and aerial yoga. The session felt deeply calming, refreshing, and surprisingly safe. I honestly pushed myself more than I thought I could aerial looked tough at first, and yes, it was challenging... but once I started, the way ma’am demonstrated and guided made a huge difference. The instructions were so clear and reassuring that my body slowly started trusting the process. It felt empowering to challenge my strength and actually do it.
