I booked a Deluxe Room, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was stinking, and despite mentioning that the room had a TV, there was no TV provided. The place is not suitable for families at all. There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no proper place to have lunch or dinner, as there is no seating facility available for meals. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. I do not recommend this place
Do not go to this hotel.It is the worst hotel. The service is also not good at all.Door lock handle is broken.They do not clean properly. During cleaning, they push all the garbage under the bed. The washbasin tap in the bathroom is broken.jet spray of the toilet is not working. There is leakage in the toilet. There are too many cockroaches in the room. There is no room freshener in the room. TV is not working.
Had a great stay here, everything here felt amazing, location of the hotel is great, the room and service which everyone looks for is awesome. I will surely book this again without a doubt. The breakfast provided is great too.
