I am writing to formally bring to your attention a disappointing experience I faced during my recent visit. On one evening at around 7:30 PM, I visited your counter to obtain a quotation for a couple of tests. After checking the system, the staff member provided me with the complete breakup of the charges. Based on this, I carried the exact cash amount the very next morning—approximately 11 hours later—to avoid any inconvenience regarding change at the counter. However, when I returned the next day, a different staff member quoted an amount that was ₹200 higher than the previous quotation written on my paper. This sudden change not only caused frustration early in the morning during peak rush hours but also forced me to arrange the difference at short notice. When I asked for clarification on why the amount differed from the previous written estimate, the staff member responded casually, as though the additional ₹200 was insignificant. Such an attitude was extremely disappointing and added to an already unpleasant experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with this inconsistency and the unprofessional behaviour displayed. As a customer, I expect transparency, accuracy, and courtesy—none of which were reflected in this interaction. I request that this matter be looked into seriously to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
