Barbeque Nation - Ahmedabad - Nexus One

Wow. Just wow. All the way from Fiji Islands to Ahmedabad. We always craved for good food and our friends recommend Barbecue Nation to us. We had to try it. Also it was my husband's 60th birthday and the staffs made it more special. All I can say is its home away from home. We had the best time. Amazing staffs awesome ambiance. Thanks to all the team who made our 2nd last night an amazing one.

Yesterday we visited Barbeque Nation at Nexus One Mall, and the experience was extremely disappointing. It is absolutely not worth the money anymore. The food quality and taste have gone down drastically, and the service was poor. We regularly visited the Prahladnagar branch earlier, which is why we expected better, but this outlet completely failed to meet expectations. Complimentary mocktails, which were earlier included, are now suddenly chargeable in the name of New Year. Ironically, most places offer discounts during New Year, while this branch is busy adding extra charges. Even after ordering cheese naan, it was never served. This visit was a complete waste of money and time. I am giving this branch a 2-star rating. Not sure whether this decline is across all Barbeque Nation outlets or specific to the Nexus One Mall branch, but this experience was unacceptable.

BBQ Nation Nexus has always been exceptional with their service and hospitality. Priyanka and her team do a tremendous job to keep on top of all things while incorporating feedback and being polite and gentle with their actions. I’ve never had a rough experience here and I’ve always loved my time here. The quality of the food is worth every penny. 🩵
