I cannot express enough gratitude and satisfaction for the outstanding care my pet receives at Pet's n Vet's clinic. From routine check-ups to more serious procedures, they consistently go above and beyond. Both Dr. Dhiman Kr. Sarkar (Surgeon) and Dr. Abhijit Mondal (Medicine Doctor) are absolutely brilliant. Their expertise is evident in every interaction, and they approach each case with a perfect blend of professionalism, compassion, and clear communication. You can tell they genuinely love animals and are dedicated to their well-being. My pet always feels comfortable and safe in their hands. Beyond the excellent medical staff, the entire clinic environment is wonderfully pet-friendly. It's a welcoming and calm space, which makes a huge difference for anxious pets (and owners!). The owner of the clinic is also incredibly cooperative and clearly passionate about providing top-notch service. I regularly purchase my pet's medicines and food from their store, finding their selection comprehensive and their prices competitive. It's so convenient to have everything we need in one place. The clinic is also equipped to handle a range of services, including blood tests and surgeries, which speaks to their comprehensive capabilities. What truly sets them apart is their incredible cooperativeness; they are always willing to answer questions, explain procedures thoroughly, and work with you to ensure the best possible outcome for your beloved pet. Before finding this place, a day prior, I went to a different doctor who, by the way, only cared about dogs and did not put much effort in trying to diagnose my kitten. He gave my kitten an injection which I kater got to know, affected the lungs and was not suitable for a 4 month old cat. In desperate times we trusted that quack. But when we needed an IV drip suggested from another doctor this place was the only open place at 1 am in the night. We rushed to Pet' N Vet's and theady here knew all the right things to do. Unfortunately for us, it was our fault that we were too late. The person in charge here gave her best to do everything she knew and she did. This place is the best.
