I recently went on a trip to Australia, wherein everything for my trip starting from itenary reasearch to finalizing the trip was being handled through Flip Trip Holidays. Overall, the experience was fantastic and peaceful! The planning and execution were smooth, and everything was well-organized. The team, specially Shabana was very helpful, responsive and was available at all times to help in case of any concerns. Right from assisting us with the *visa process*, guiding us on the *required documentation*, ensuring everything was on point with zero chances of rejection — her support was constant and reassuring. She also helped us choose the *most suitable flights*, saving both time and money. As for the trip itself, the *itinerary was well-planned*, allowing us to cover a wide range of amazing locations. The group was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. While we absolutely loved having *Radisson on the list*, we felt the room could have been more comfortable — a more thoughtful hotel selection in Italy would’ve made the stay perfect. *Shashin, our tour manager, was a rock star.* His energy, attentiveness, and ability to keep the group safe and organized (even amidst the protests in Italy) were commendable. His guidance ensured we didn’t miss out on anything! Yes, there were a few spots where we wished we had more time to soak it all in — but we understand that with group tours, timing is everything. It’s been 3 weeks, and we’re still not over the trip mentally! We also walked away with new friendships from across the country — strangers who now feel like family. Had an amazing experience with the travel agency! Tanisha helped us to a large extent but one thing that I didn’t particularly like was how she was unresponsive at times when I had to ask important things. Nevertheless, they created a group in advance informing us of all the crucial details of the driver as well as all our tickets for the upcoming day. Lastly, if it’s your maiden trip to a particular country, they will not provide you with crucial information. For instance, we missed visiting Malacca during our cruise experience because we were not even informed that we can take a boat and visit that place. Overall, go ahead with them if you are an outgoing individual who actively engages with the locals to enhance your trip experience.
