Hard Rock Cafe

One of the best live music band 🙌 i have ever visited. Ambience is 10/10 with pop culture theme apt for the title "HARD ROCK" and best part is live band they are soo engaging with proper Playlist i loved it and only disappoint is food which taste average (7/10). Must visit place in Kolkata👌.

We went on 1st January for Lunch. Firstly, the waiter was oversmart and kind of rude. Secondly, there was not much of crowd and still the wait time for getting the food items was too much. Thirdly, a lot of the items mentioned in the menu were not available which is unusual in festive season. Fourthly, the taste of the food items was not very good. Especially the Achari Fish Tikka, where we felt that the fish was absolutely tasteless. Lastly, they were playing some outdated pop songs which didn't match the vibe of the place. We had booked in advanced for Lunch but because of this experience we had to wrap up with starters only and hop to some other restaurant. Really a very bad experience and won't recommend to anybody.

We visited Rockstar Casab and initially placed an order for a few items, but were later informed that those dishes were unavailable, which was somewhat disappointing. The ambience of the place was pleasant and well-maintained. The food we eventually ordered tasted good; however, the pricing felt higher compared to the portion size and overall experience. Overall, the restaurant offers a good ambience and acceptable food quality, but improvements in menu availability and pricing would enhance the experience.
