I had a wonderful experience at Diagnotree Ultrasound Lab. The staff is very professional, polite, and caring. Special thanks to Priyanka Sister for her warm behavior and assistance throughout the process. Also, a big appreciation to Dr. Priyanka for being so patient, kind, and explaining everything clearly. The lab is clean, well-organized, and the service was quick and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality and compassionate care 👍🙏
Very arrogant doctor. Not ready to explain reports.Many good centres available in noida. This certainly needs to b avoided. I respect doctors and the medical profession. My review was only about my experience regarding lack of explanation of reports, which is a basic expectation for any patient. Getting a second opinion or repeat ultrasound is a normal medical practice and should not be taken negatively. Your response appears defensive and personal instead of addressing the concern. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve patient communication. My feedback is being misrepresented. I have full respect for doctors and the medical profession. My concern was only about the rude behaviour and lack of explanation of reports during my visit. Visiting more than once or taking a second opinion is a normal and responsible medical practice, not a sign of distrust. Instead of addressing this concern, the response is trying to shift the issue, which is unfortunate. I hope future patients are treated with better communication and courtesy.
Best Radiologist (Dr.Priyanka)I have ever met in my life .sh e is very professional and polite.Rather than talking to doc i feel more comfortable talking to her in terms of ultrasound details.even the supporting staff Priyanka and others are very helpful.
