Very disappointing experience at Indian Sweet House. We politely informed the staff that the potato filling in the vada pav smelled bad and we could clearly see fibers/thread-like particles inside it. Instead of checking properly or handling the concern respectfully, they immediately denied everything as if we had never eaten vada pav before. What was more upsetting was the manager’s rude response — “We already sold 40 plates and nobody complained” — said in a very disrespectful tone. Customer concerns should be heard seriously, not dismissed based on how many plates were sold. The staff behavior towards my female friends was also rude and unprofessional. Basic customer respect and hygiene concerns should be handled much better.

The sweets here are of excellent quality and offer a great variety at reasonable prices. Must try the Ksheer Mohan, Gulabi Rasamalai, and Jaggery Mysore Pak. The ambiance is really good and the staff is very friendly. They also serve a variety of tasty and high-quality chaat and mixtures.

I frequently visit your outlet and truly enjoy many of your offerings. However, I’ve noticed that the Bengali sweets, in particular, do not meet the expected quality standards when compared to other brands. They tend to spoil quickly, even when stored properly in the refrigerator. I wanted to bring this to your attention as a regular customer who values your products and service. I hope the team can look into this and consider sourcing or improving the quality of these sweets. Thank you for your understanding.
