I’ve consulted Dr. Shilpa for laser hair removal multiple times, and the results have been excellent. She explains everything patiently and makes the experience very comfortable. However, the RECEPTIONIST - CHANDHANA, was quite rude and lacked professionalism while interacting with patients. The reception staff be trained better, as it would help maintain the overall positive experience and ensure the doctor’s good work is properly reflected.

I wanted to share my experience honestly because I felt a bit disappointed with how things were handled at the reception. Before even consulting the doctor, I was informed that I had to pay a consultation fee of 800. In my case, it was only regarding a very small tattoo removal and to understand approximately how many sessions it might require. If it were a skin-related concern or a detailed medical consultation, I would completely understand the consultation charges. However, charging 800 just to discuss a small tattoo removal and estimate the number of sessions felt a bit excessive to me. What made the experience uncomfortable was not only the fee itself, but also the way it was communicated. The receptionist directly said that even to speak with the doctor, payment had to be made first. I was not refusing to pay I was okay with paying, but I expected at least a more polite and welcoming approach or the option to first understand the process and then proceed. Overall, the interaction at the reception felt quite rude and transactional rather than customer-friendly. Additionally, people are asked to remove their slippers outside, but there is no slipper stand or even a signboard to guide customers properly. Small things like these also affect the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the customer experience going forward.

I consulted Dr. Shilpa, for the removal of an epidermoid cyst and had a very good experience. She is patient, calm, and takes time to clearly explain the condition, its causes, and the treatment options. She also explains the medications in detail and answers all questions she ensures adequate consultation time, allowing patients to comfortably discuss their concerns.Typically, many hospitals or doctors require payment to be completed before the procedure, in this case the payment was collected only after the procedure was completed, which reflects their patient-first approach and professionalism.I genuinely felt heard and well cared for. Highly recommended.
