Had poor experience. Service was extremely slow and had to follow up endlessly as it was beyond promised dates. Cost is too high for the quality of service. Provided new function wear lehanga with few stains which they charged as bridal as it has stone work , they did not clean the insides cleaned only outside also they lost few hangings which I had to follow up endlessly to get back. Even when I got it was without the hook that is used for hanging. They offered to take the lehenga back and clean it again but I didn't feel confident to give it back as they completely mishandled the saree which I gave. The saree is little old one and had few stains, it was wearable. But after giving to them they didn't remove anything existing but added new stains then delivered it quietly without saying anything. As I noticed and asked they said they will take it back and wash again but after multiple follow ups they just said they can't do anything and returned it. It is unwearable now. When asked how will they compensate me they are just saying probably 20 percent off on next two orders. When I asked how do you think I will come again after this kind of service they did not even reply. I had even given two more crop tops which were extremely new mainly gave them as they required steam ironing but thought better to dry clean. But the white embroidery had become dull after they returned it and I didn't dare to open it and see fully yet.

I gave my riding gear (jacket, pant, and gloves) to Tumbledry for dry cleaning on 10th May 2026 and was clearly informed that the delivery would happen by 13th May. I was charged ₹865 for the service. For context, I had previously used their express service for the exact same items on 1st February 2026 and paid ₹945, so I already had experience with their timelines and pricing. On 11th May, I received the following update from their official WhatsApp channel: “Your Tumbledry order #T5360 is undergoing cleaning process and quality checks.” Then again on 12th May: “Your Tumbledry order #T5360 will be ready soon and delivered as per the scheduled timeline.” Despite these updates, nobody contacted me on 13th May regarding the delivery delay. My sister had to call them herself, and she was casually informed that delivery would happen “tomorrow” before the call was abruptly ended. When I personally followed up, I was stalled for nearly 4 hours with vague and inconsistent responses. Finally, just before closing time, one staff member asked me to come to the store and check whether the products were ready. She also admitted that the gloves were still not dry, which was the actual reason the delivery never happened. I completely understand that delays can happen. What I do not understand is the complete lack of ownership, communication, and accountability from the management. The following morning, another staff member proceeded as though nothing had happened and outright stated that they could not be held responsible for the delay caused from their end. Eventually, they offered a 20% discount and asked me to collect it from the store “at my convenience,” despite the fact that the original commitment was home delivery. This was their exact message: “Hi Sir, We discussed this with the owner and the maximum discount we can offer for the delay is 20%. Your clothes are ready and you may collect them at your convenience.” I responded requesting the delivery to be completed since my location had already been shared. That message was simply ignored. My disappointment is not because of a one-day delay. It is because of: • Poor communication • Zero proactive updates • Contradictory explanations • Lack of accountability • Dismissive customer handling When customers are paying premium prices, the least expected is honesty, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Had they informed me earlier about the delay, I could have planned my schedule accordingly instead of having my entire day disrupted at the last minute. Businesses survive because customers trust them. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that customer inconvenience means very little to them once payment is completed. I’m writing this detailed review so that future customers know exactly what kind of service and attitude they may encounter here.
