​My recent experience at Apollo Spectra Hospital was centered around an ACL surgery performed by Dr. Neetan Sachdeva. The quality of medical care and the dedication of most of the hospital staff were truly outstanding, making the overall patient experience highly positive, save for one significant administrative issue during discharge. ​ ​Dr. Sachdeva is an exemplary professional. He is highly skilled in his job and stands out for his patient-centric approach. He possesses a remarkably cool and collected demeanor, which is profoundly calming for the patient. Unlike many specialists, he operates without any perceived "attitude," making communication effortless and reassuring. Dr. Sachdeva went above and beyond, assisting us with every query, both medical and non-medical, making us feel completely supported throughout the entire treatment journey. ​ ​The hospital facilities and services are good and well-maintained. The Help Desk representatives were helpful and efficient, providing good service. ​The Ground Staff were also largely commendable and performed their duties professionally. ​Major Drawback: The TPA and Discharge Process ​The only substantial issue we encountered was during the discharge process, which was severely hampered by the slow and unsupportive Third Party Administrator (TPA) coordination. ​The TPA department representative, specifically Mr. Murty, was extremely slow in processing the paperwork and lacked coordination in obtaining the necessary approvals from the TPA department. We were scheduled for discharge by noon, but due to continuous coordination and direct intervention with the TPA department, the final approvals were not received until a frustrating 8:00 PM. This eight-hour delay caused significant unnecessary stress and prolonged our hospital stay unnecessarily. ​ ​Apollo Spectra Hospital provides high-quality medical services, and we highly recommend Dr. Neetan Sachdeva for his surgical expertise and compassionate care. The majority of the staff, from the help desk to the ground staff, were excellent. To achieve a truly world-class standard, the hospital must urgently review and streamline its TPA and discharge procedures to prevent such frustrating and extensive delays for patients.

We had a wonderful experience at Apollo Spectra Hospital, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, during the delivery of our baby girl. As a husband, this was a very emotional and important time for our family, and the entire team made the journey smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Dr. Ruchika Sharma for taking such great care of my wife throughout the delivery. She is an excellent doctor; very calm, supportive, and highly professional. Her guidance and reassurance gave us a lot of confidence during the whole process. The nursing staff and hospital team were very caring, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were clean, well organized, and we truly felt we were in safe hands. We are grateful to the entire team for helping us welcome our baby girl safely into the world. Highly recommended for maternity and delivery care.

We are truly grateful for the excellent treatment and support we received throughout the process. Dr. Shahiq Ahmed was very professional, calm, and explained everything clearly before the surgery, which gave us a lot of confidence. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative care was also very well managed. The hospital staff, nurses, and support team were cooperative, caring, and attentive at every step.
