We visited this place as part of a company outing. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, with nature all around, which was a refreshing experience. The property is quite spacious, and walking around the area was enjoyable. There are several playgrounds for children and cricket grounds, making it a good place for families and large groups with kids. However, there were limited entertaining activities, and both indoor and outdoor activity areas were not well maintained, but the staff were super friendly. The welcome could have been warmer as well, the food was not very good. Overall, while the place offers calmness and a serene environment, it could improve significantly in terms of hospitality, activity management, and maintenance.

Great ambience. The water park is very well maintained. The children's park has a lot of slides/ swings/ carousels and is well laid out. We loved the magic show that was performed by Ali: the magician. The resort is full of greenery and the lawns are well maintained. We also loved the taste of the food items served in the dinner and breakfast buffet.

The property is lush green. We stayed here for 2 days in a Lagoon room and I would rate the overall experience decent. Let me share the goods and the things that can be improved. Goods 1. The place is quiet, green and well-maintained. 2. Staff is generally helpful and polite. 3. Nice waterpark area with functional slides, rain dance etc. 4. A number of other things to keep you occupied - indoor games, pottery, magic show, outdoor games. We really enjoyed the magic show. Now the things that can be worked upon. 1. Here, the lowlight is food. All meals are below average. Breakfast in particular was a major disappointment. The taste is average and there are very few options. There's no live counter and desserts. Moreover, even with so many nice spots and greenery around, you are served meals inside a hall, which is a very dull experience. Also, the property gets a lot of day guests footfall and the resort treats the day guests and residents same, so the food venue often becomes crowded and quality is compromised. You'll miss the exclusive feeling that you'll experience at other resorts around Hyderabad. 2. There was no welcome drink served. 3. The connectivity is not good. Road leading to the resort is not in the best of shape. Compared to other similar resorts around Hyderabad where you'll have a good driving experience, this one is just one bumpy ride. I hope the management take these concerns seriously and tries to improve the experience for the guests.
