⭐ Skydeck Rooftop, Moshi – Great Food with Scope for Better Service Visited Skydeck Rooftop in Moshi and overall had a fairly good experience, mainly because the food really stood out. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented. Quality and taste were definitely the highlights of the visit, and it’s clear that the kitchen is doing a good job. For food lovers, this place has a lot of potential. The rooftop ambience is another positive. The open setting creates a pleasant vibe, especially in the evening, making it a nice spot to relax with friends or family. That said, there is room for improvement in service. While the staff managed the basics, their approach could be more polite and attentive. With better training in customer interaction and quicker response, the overall experience would improve significantly and match the quality of the food. In summary, Skydeck Rooftop scores well on taste, food quality, and ambience, and with a little refinement in service and hospitality, it can become a much better dining destination in Moshi. I’d be happy to revisit, especially for the food, and hope to see positive improvements in service going forward.

I visited there with office colleagues, Really nice place and just on main road. Ambience was amazing, clean, well maintained and friendly staff. We were 20 colleagues so there was good space to sit in bigger or smaller groups. Good blend of menu and tasty food. Our order was bit mixed or they forgot to bring all we asked but I can understand mistakes can happen. Prices are not too high so pocket friendly. I really liked their space because it was family and business friendly… I will definitely recommend if you’re in Pune…

Visit date: 03/03/2026 1. The starter (Murg Afgani tikka and Fish tikka) we ordered were not as we asked, we asked them to provide less spicy because we had a small kid with us, but it was very spicy. Mostly this was recommended by Captain since we asked him to give us the option for less spicy food. Just to get the starter it took almost 45 minutes. 2. Main course which we ordered in that the naan and kulcha was cold and mushy. Also the service staff brought the main course on table but there were no plates served for almost 10 minutes. Never experienced such scenarios in my life, the local restaurant would be better in order to follow the serving process. 3. Staff was not at all cooperative: When complained the same to the captain and staff they were like it is usual timing to get the order in our hotel, when we said if it is taking 45 minutes for starter so how much time will it take for main course should we order it or not then the captain was telling it's on you if can wait then order. Ye toh normal timming hai. Atmosphere is really awesome, this is was my 1st visit and unfortunately I was not able to get place outdoor hence had to have dinner indoor, but next time I would definitely like visit this place again for the outdoor atmosphere and hopefully with better service and food quality.
