SCAM, UNSAFE, AND TRAUMATIC: AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. Warning to Families: Our two-night stay at Residency Club Pune was a dangerous and traumatic experience. The management failed to disclose the entire property was a major construction zone—the lobby reeked of paint and amenities were closed. When challenged about the chaos and hazards, every single issue was dismissed with the single, lazy excuse of "renovation." You are paying luxury rates for a hazardous building site where management takes zero responsibility. The rooms were actively dangerous: Injury & No Emergency Response: My elderly father slipped and sprained his ankle on a passage flooded by a violently leaking AC unit in his room. With dead intercoms and zero mobile network, we had no way to call for emergency help. Hygiene Nightmare: In my brother's room, water, presumably from the toilet, seeped onto the carpet right next to the bed after flushing—a disgusting, unacceptable biohazard. Noise & Trauma: My own room was uninhabitable. A roaring AC motor combined with repeated power cuts throughout both nights made sleep impossible for my family. My toddler was crying all night from the constant noise and power outages, ruining our entire trip. The disrespect was blatant. General Manager Siddharth Nigam was physically present in the lobby, fidgeting on his phone right in front of us. Despite being a regular guest with a three-room booking, he initially sent word via staff that he was "too busy" to address the issue. To "settle" the crisis—which included an injured parent and a crying toddler—he insultingly sent stale cheese bread and tea to my parents' room with a note to "stay calm." When he finally showed up, he was utterly indifferent to our plight and refused to relocate us, despite the hotel being empty. In the attached video u can see when the toilet is flushed the water seeps into the room. This is not a hotel; it is a negligently managed health and safety risk. Do not gamble your family's well-being or money here. Residency Club Pune should not be operational.

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointed I had a really bad experience with the service. The food quality was far below expectations, yet the prices were extremely high. The dishes lacked freshness and taste, and definitely didn’t justify the money charged. On top of that, the overall service was slow and unprofessional. Not worth the price at all. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their food quality and customer service.

Went for engagement ceremony. No mobile network inside the venue. They should put boosters. Very difficult to coordinate without phone. Evening program should have tea or coffee which was missing. Except for location and decor n lights, rest was average.
