I recently visited Pico Pizzeria and had a really wonderful experience. The ambience of the café was warm, cozy, and perfect for evening outings. We ordered peri-peri fries, a delicious Biscoff shake, and the Pesto Margherita pizza, which was absolutely amazing. The pizza was very soft, fresh, and exactly how a good pizza should be. The peri-peri fries were one of the best fries I’ve had in Kolkata—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every item tasted delicious, and the presentation was beautifully done, which made the dining experience even better. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff was polite, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The combination of tasty food, great ambience, and warm hospitality made it a memorable outing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great café and pizza experience in Kolkata.✨
We had their fiery chicken pizza which was pretty decent and cheesy. They gave us 3 different oils to try with their pizza, which was very interesting to taste. They were very different in taste and each very unique with the pizza. The spiciest was the habanero sauce. I have added a picture of the sauces. Also tried their vietnamese latte and I love a very strong coffee. We also had their tiramisu latte Their basque cheesecake is mentionworthy, it was this very decadent and smooth and perfectly smooth. We also tried their bruschetta with creamy mushroom. It was fine. They gave us complementary biscotti on the house as well 😉
Pico is a great and unique addition to the cafe culture in Kolkata. While most of the cafes offer a generalized food and drink options, here you will find a lot limited, but very curated choices. I would highly recommend to try their neapolitan pizza options, and their specialized coffees are well brewed and strong. The service is good and the staff are very well equipped with what they serve. In the dessert section, they have Basque Cheesecake which is a must try if you visit this place. Do visit once, you won't be disappointed.
