Taj Mahal, New Delhi

I recently attended a conference at Hotel Taj Mahal, and the experience was very well organized and professionally managed. The conference facilities were excellent — well-equipped halls, smooth coordination, and a comfortable overall setup that made the sessions productive and engaging. The food served during the conference was a highlight. There was a good variety across meals, with quality and taste maintained consistently. The arrangements during tea breaks and lunch were seamless, and the service staff ensured everything was replenished on time without any delays. Overall, it was a well-managed conference experience complemented by great hospitality and food, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.

Our stay at Taj Mahal, New Delhi was overall excellent. The property is beautiful, very clean, and lives up to the Taj brand. The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely friendly. However, during our New Year’s Eve stay, there was unclear communication about what was included in our reservation. Different staff members shared different information, which made it difficult to plan or make reservations in advance. At the last moment, the team accommodated us, and we ended up enjoying a very nice New Year’s Eve party. Overall, the staff are friendly but would benefit from better coordination and training. Despite this, we loved our stay and would recommend the hotel.
