I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was possible. Here’s how it all starts: The sales team are excellent at convincing people. They’ll show you items displayed in the store, talk negatively about them, and then push you toward what they want to sell — probably as a strategy to gain your trust. Next, the manager steps in with a fake “limited-time offer,” saying it’s valid only for the next hour and pushing you to pay ₹50,000 to “lock” the deal. Then comes the design team — they act very nice and cooperative until you make the payments. They’ll call you at odd hours, saying they have targets to meet, and pressure you to pay 50% more. Once you’ve paid, their real face shows up — poor design sense, unskilled work, wrong measurements, and very limited options. Most of what they show are unsold or low-quality items. After that, they’ll ask for the final payment, saying the operations team can’t start without it. Once the onsite work begins, that’s when the real nightmare starts. Nothing fits the design. They stop replying to your messages because now they already have your full payment. The onsite team is unprofessional — drinking, smoking, creating a mess, damaging floors, throwing waste from upper floors, and doing careless finishing work. The final work looks nothing like the approved design. Even after escalating to senior management and emailing the CEO, there’s no real response. They cleverly hide many costs until after you’ve paid, and then say “this is not covered — it’s customer scope.” In the end, you lose money, peace of mind, and trust. Even if they replace damaged items, the replacements arrive scratched or defective. They’ll pressure you to sign a handover form promising to fix things later — but once you sign, no one comes back. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. I have complete chat proofs and videos showing how terrible their service is. Comment here if you want to see them — I don’t want anyone else to fall into this trap. It’s been six months, and my work is still not finished.

They will take eternity for explaining things and giving a quotation. Once the explanation is done, then comes the manager with loads of self ego and starts boasting about their services. Out of no where she then starts offering unreal discounts and forces you to pay amount on the spot. Someone try to explain her that no customer in the world comes with a mindset to make a deal in the first visit or first experience to their brand. On top of it they lack proper parking space. Police will charge you for wrong parking and the staff will promise you that they'll take care of it. Once you tell them you are thinking about the deal, then comes their true colors. They'll start responding to your calls and will make no contact in any mode. I was lucky enough for not getting partnered with them. One is the lease option or else they won't deserve that too!!

I’ve just committed to getting my home interiors done through Livspace, and the experience so far has been excellent. The design discussions have been smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully handled. A special mention to Nirupama, who has been extremely patient, professional, and proactive throughout the process. She took time to understand my preferences, guided me with practical options, and made the decision-making process so much easier. I’m confident the execution will be just as seamless as the initial experience. Really appreciate the team’s support and look forward to seeing the designs come to life!
