Visited Fortis Hospital for the UK visa TB test, and overall had a very smooth experience. They have a dedicated immigration department, and the process is well organized. You can either book an appointment or even walk in for UK TB tests. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and guided us through the process clearly. The requirements were simple – just an original passport and a passport-size photo with white background. The X-ray process was quick (hardly 5–10 minutes), and the overall flow was efficient. For adults, chest X-ray is done, while for kids below 11 years, only doctor consultation is required. The doctor consultation was professional, and everything was handled systematically. Reports were ready within a few hours as informed. One small suggestion for improvement would be to reduce manual form filling. It would be great if details could be pre-filled or digitized to save time. Overall, a good and hassle-free experience for UK TB testing. 👍

My father recently underwent a bypass surgery at Fortis Hospital under Dr. Vivek Jawali and Dr. Sudarshan, and we had a very good experience throughout. The entire process from admission to discharge was smooth and well-coordinated. The ICU and ward staff were extremely caring and attentive, and the nurses ensured that my father was comfortable at all times. A special thanks to Dr. Anirudh, who was very helpful with insurance-related queries and follow-ups. His guidance made things much easier for us during a stressful time. We also want to appreciate the security, room service, and housekeeping teams for keeping the environment safe, clean, and comfortable. Their polite and prompt support really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we are very satisfied with the treatment and care provided at Fortis. i would like to express my concern regarding the reception desk at Fortis CGH for appointment booking. The receptionist is often busy arranging papers or appearing occupied with secondary tasks, while the primary responsibility booking and managing appointments is delayed. This has been a recurring issue. Today, I was informed that the internet connectivity to the server was down for over an hour. For such a reputed hospital, these technical issues should be addressed with priority rather than waiting for them to resolve automatically. Patients travel from far distances and arrive on time for already booked appointments. Wasting their time due to inefficiency or lack of preparedness is unacceptable. Please ensure that: The reception staff prioritizes appointment booking over non-urgent paperwork when patients are waiting. Atlast I have pay amount and book direct booking website was working.. but not the CGHS yet.after so long.. Technical issues are resolved promptly with proper backup systems in place. Staff is trained to focus on their primary responsibilities, especially during peak hours. I request the management to take this feedback seriously and improve the overall efficiency at the reception desk.
