Radisson Hotel Noida

Visited India for a business trip and wasn’t expecting luxury, just a comfortable and straightforward stay. My disappointment came with the front desk on arrival. My flight landed at 6am and I knew check-in was around 1pm, so I came prepared to wait. However, I was told how “fortunate” I was that my room was ready and available. As I had a 9am conference, I was genuinely relieved, thinking I could quickly shower and prepare. Instead, I was informed I would need to pay a full additional day’s rate to access the room a few hours early. I found it surprising to be told the room was ready, yet still be asked to pay a full day rate for only a short early check-in. To add to this, I realised I had accidentally booked one extra night and would be leaving a day early. I asked if this could be adjusted, but was told it was non-refundable and non-changeable. Despite that, there was no flexibility offered on early access either. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours before leaving for my conference. Overall, service and hospitality felt lacking. The experience was average at best, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This is a very good hotel. The service is very good and the food here is very tasty. And what to say about the location, it is very beautiful. And the employees here are guided very well by Mr. Abhishek rawat. Their room services are also very good. Abhishek rawat made a really good bed even with an injured hand. Thank you so much Abhishek rawat. When I saw my hotel room, I liked it very much and it was beautiful, their room services are also very good.

It was a wonderful stay. The food and the room were very nice and well maintained. Ms. Mantasha was extremely good, polite, and hospitable. Her service made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Highly appreciated , will definitely come back aging Thanks Ms Mantasha
