From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left, the staff made me feel completely connected and cared for. They kept reminding me of do's and don'ts, guiding me every step of the way—even during procedures, where they updated me continuously. What more could a patient want? The most ‘honest’, reliable and amazing doctor who is the best Dentist I’ve ever met. Very reputed doctor who has studied in Japan in the prestigious Kyushu university and who handles everything with very refined professionalism. His clinic has multiple consultation rooms and he along with the team he has built is providing excellent support right from the analysis where they exactly explain the problem and cause, and mitigate the root cause step by step instead of suggesting expensive treatments at the initial step itself. They try with smaller methods for improvement and only if nothing works out, do they hardly ever suggest any other complex treatment perfectly incorporating the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen. The clinic is very hygienic, they ensure that the equipments they use are all well sealed and hygienic as well, there are books at the lobby to read during your waiting time, the front desk executives are much helpful and the other resident doctors and consultants are very hospitable as well. The front desk executives give you gentle reminders for your appointment over calls and also follow up post your treatment which is really nice! There’re shoe stands outside the clinic to place your footwear and the clinic also sells good quality mouthwash, toothpaste and toothbrushes. The consultation fee is applicable only for one time, after that for further reviews, there is no consultation fee until 1 year ends. The Doctor and his team follow commendable standards and ensure that before performing any root canal or other treatments, they thoroughly ask the patient to reveal any pre-existing diseases and medication. If there is any ongoing illness of a patient, they will not shy away from calling the patient’s other doctor who is treating the illness and get his/her consent and approval before performing the treatment. The Doctor also posts very informative and helpful videos in his Instagram account ’drimranb_bluedental’.
