The hospital is well built, the main doctor is great but the reception staff and the other staff. Ahhhh.. why have they kept either of them. Not even a single person is good. But then you meet the doctor - Dr. Lalita Kumari. She is the opposite. It feels quality around her. I went there merely for two things - I read reviews of this doctor online and name of Centre for sight. But then when I talked to the receptionist I wanted to return back. Luckily I held myself and saw the doctor. She gave medicines. My conjunctivitis went away so am grateful to the doctor.
I have been visiting the Centre for last two years.. each time it had been a wonderful experience My surgery and after care management has been a very good experience. They are very organised at each Department and waiting time is negligible. Wish them to grow more
