I gave my Air Jordans for a general wash.I have bought them 6-7 months ago and they are in a good condition.When I got my shoes back ,there are multiple loose threads coming out of the shoe,the shoes look ruffled up and tampered completely.Upon calling them their answer is to send the shoes back,so that they can clean it again!! How is cleaning it again going to fix the problem??? HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DONT EVER OPT FOR THE LAUNDRY MACHINE @LAUNDRYMACHINE RESPOND BACK! NEED A SOLUTION
Today I checked all my clothes which i gave for wash and iron one week back, clothes color got faded, quality got deteriorated and even the cloth has no weightage wont suggest to give clothes here, wad a regular customer earlier but now no quality is there
